General Terms and Conditions Workshops Epoxyworkshop.es.

Registration

-Registration for a workshop, Professional Training, or Intensive Pro Training is completed by completing the online registration form and making a payment.

-After final registration and receipt of the payment, you will always receive an email confirmation containing relevant information about the workshop content and practical details.

-No later than two weeks prior to the workshop date, you will receive an email with additional information (location, directions, start times, etc.).

Workshop Payment

-A deposit of €200 is required within one week of registration. Registration is only final after receipt of payment.

-There are two options for paying the remaining balance:

·The remaining balance must be received no later than four weeks prior to the workshop.

·Either at least half of the remaining balance must be transferred no later than four weeks prior to the workshop, and the remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival on the first day of the workshop.

-If payment is not received on time, your place will be released and you will not receive a refund for any payments already made. You will not receive a payment reminder.

Cancellation by the participant

- The participant can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start of the workshop and will receive a refund of the paid amount within 30 days.

- For cancellations between 6 and 4 weeks before the start of the workshop, 50% of the workshop fee is due. The remaining amount will be refunded within 30 days, assuming full payment has been received. It is not possible to reschedule the workshop, or part of it, at a later date. If there are participants on the waiting list for that workshop, they will be contacted to see if they wish to take the available spot. If so, we will offer a voucher for a later date. If we cannot find a replacement, you will be responsible for the cancellation costs.

- Early departure from the workshop, for any reason, does not entitle you to a refund of the participation fee or to reschedule at a later date.

Cancellation by Epoxyworkshop.es

-We reserve the right to change the composition of groups or the scheduled workshop dates at any time, for example, in the event of insufficient participation or unforeseen circumstances. In that case, the amount already paid will be refunded within 30 days.

Liability

-Epoxyworkshop.es is not liable or obligated to compensate for any damage caused by, during, or in connection with participation in the workshops.

-Epoxyworkshop.es cannot be held responsible for any incidents whatsoever, such as errors, delays, loss, injury, accident, or damage to persons or property, arising from any cause whatsoever during the workshop or transportation to the destination of the workshop.

-Failure to follow the (safety) instructions may result in the participant being denied access to the workshop. This applies to the entire training, and no refund will be issued.

-Epoxyworkshop.es is not liable for the transportation of samples.

-Epoxyworkshop.es reserves the right to adjust the workshop program during the workshop if this becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. This also applies to the person nominated on the website to lead the workshop on the dates you booked. Epoxyworkshop.es undertakes to make every effort to ensure that suitable facilities or a replacement are provided.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies. Participants have 14 days after payment to request a refund without giving reasons. If Epoxyworkshop.es has already incurred costs for the participant, these will be deducted. If the workshop has already taken place within these 14 days, no refund will be made.
